Been a fan of Birdie since SF Alpha. Not sure why he has duck bills on his shoes though lol. Looks like his one throw has range as well. Still looks a bit unwieldy, but fun to play.

I don't think Birdie ever trained much he is just naturally talented.
On wiki page says he knows barroom brawling and wrestling
