Sumayyah Rahman Okay, so... these kids, Golden Child have powers. In the original movie, they're just pretending to have powers and no one actually has powers until the eclipse appears and Bomin's powers appear as explained by the mysterious old man.
They're just playing around and Dabin is recording them just for fun.
But in this universe, they actually have powers that get even more powerful when they're dreaming which is very dangerous considering the fact that they can't control their powers really well yet.
Hongjoong doesn't appear in the actual movie. He's a new character that could either be an enemy or an ally.
Who knows, we'll find out.
