As someone who is grown up in LA, watching the car chases was one of my favorite pastimes growing up. I noticed them a lot more before the internet because they would be on tv. I’ve only ever seen one person actually get away from a police chase. The guys parked in a underground mall parking and walked into the mall and changed.
