You have to take the test to get your kids back If they were taken so you can prove that your not on anything. I'm not sure if she has to take it due to her still having her babies. Best bet is to take it so that you can prove your not on anything, so it doesn't get to the point of cps taking your kids.Then your going to have to take the test any ways to get them back.
