As long u able access to the web browser u can upgrade thru configuration > maintenance page there
~> changing of router + SSID
However, this problem always happen ard my friend and SI. However, u need attach LAN cable to that camera and go to WiFi Setting to do it the connection.
*i prefer u get a reyee wifi router eg:EW1800GX PRO, this model able broadcast 3 SSID, so can use 1 SSID for camera or ioT product

Yes, usually will heard. U can adjust the gain by accessing by web browsing directly by computer.

hi sir is this hikvsion Q1 can still continue record in sd card even when the wifi sudden down ? is there continues record if offlline?
If u use this Q1 camera as standalone yes. Cause the camera will record to SD card, even WiFi is down.

Hi sir, you can reset the camera by using the camera reset button (it is located beside the sd card slot). After done reset you will need to unbind the camera from previous account by using this method (ua-cam.com/video/VJFKMz-iaS4/v-deo.html).Then you are good to go.
Hi sir... How to set up full recording through apps... Now the device only recorded base only motion recordings..
Not possible to change the record setting on apps for now, you may access to this camera setting by using web browser and the camera ip address then manually change it to 24h record

Can, Ampere little higher ok, but dun over until 6A or above, might will harm to ur equipment

Hi..why my camera only shows red led..initially comes blue light but then go off..

There are no choice, u need bring it down, and press the reset button located below on the camera
