When my record store was on the way out in 2000, on.my 17 ft scout boat, my two teen age girls yelled..dad can you not play that song again, (beer run) I'm like ok, y'all ready to ski more..ok....thx dad, they jumped in water....beer run playing louder than slashes metal.
The Jerry Jeff stories make it so real. I thought he wrote LA freeway but instead that song was written for him, some got the respectability to be free.
