🚫🤕 It's my theory that the explosion caused his broken collarbone! It's remarkably similar to the knee injury I suffered a few years ago, after replacing the foam padding inside my kneepads with highly unstable nitroglycerin. One day while riding, I lightly brushed my knee on a small tree on the edge of the trail, and, KA-BOOM! My knee abruptly exploded! I've learned from that explosion, and I NO LONGER fill my pads with unstable high explosives! Surprisingly, it seems to have completely negated ANY risk of explosion-related injuries! 🤕 😤Now I realize there's going to be pushback against my theories, since carrying unstable explosives while riding is an important part of MTB culture...... But I nonetheless recommend that ALL mountain bikers STOP carrying nitroglycerin with them as they ride..... It's worked for me!🤞😁👍
I have filmed some stuff before, and I know how long it can take to set up a camera, walk back, ride past, then go back to pick it back up. And I just wanted to let you know that it really spices up your videos, and it's really appreciated. Thanks for all the hard work you put into this excellent content!
I am not begging for views, but even my short mtb video with a thumbnail of patrick from spongebob took 45 minutes to make. I can just imagine how much some of seths videos take to make.
He’ll likely use some macros and presets. Also. He knows what settings he wants to use ahead of time. So the camera will be setup correctly (likely not auto settings) and the intro will be pre built. And having done it a few times he doesn’t experiment as much.
Dude, my vids suck compared to Seth, but I spend about 20 to 40 hours per video, that's recording and editing all together. And i have a full time job. Sleep? Whats that? I imagine Seth spends 8 hours a day 5 days a week on his channel, just like any other job.

You’re 100% right and it’s always OTB. Maybe it’s that big fork, or maybe it’s just the type of things I do on the Murder Machine. In any case the name seems more appropriate than ever.

Good to see you back Seth. I’m 3 and a 1/2 weeks into a grade 3 A/C joint separation and am sorely missing doing the basic stuff, let alone riding my bike. So glad to see this video as it gives a bit of light to those of us out with injury. Keep at it buddy and thanks again for this vid.
I don't know why people don't talk about it more. The sound of MTB tires on dirt, roots, rocks, hucking flats.... been such an enjoyable thing to me since I started. I love how my bike sounds! That fat tire ASMR is something else though wow
Absolutely love this. This may be your best video yet. Great editing, humility, bad-ass riding, and confession. The rocks bordering berm creek are an obvious issue only in retrospect. I'm sorry you paid the price for future improved trail design. I hope it was not in vain.
I ride Downhill and Trial Bike but i just broke my collarbone on the way from home to work cause there lay a small stone on the street😁 Sorry for my english, i am from Austria.
Seth I really miss you riding in South FLA being that that my back yard. This is one of the best videos and the last three months I feel you went bak to your roots. I, me feel like you got away from your roots. Your hacks is what makes Seths bikes hacks watching the last couple of months of hack videos not travel videos were enjoyable to me and watching you ride like most of us at you local stomping grounds was refreshing. Glad to see you rolling again.
Speaking of feeling invincible, I'm used to riding busy highways where drivers have no regards for safety for themselves, let alone a puny bicycle.(btw I live in Bangladesh where no one follows any laws.) But I went OTB on a small speed bump on an empty road and took of a lot of skin from my left arm and shoulder.
Never realized how satisfying the sound of tires on dirt truly was. Another great video Seth. Keep it up brother! 👊🏼
