This reminds me of a fun game I played back in GTA3. I would activate the cheats for all civilians to be armed and everyone hates everyone, then I would try to do taxi missions just for the hell of it. It was difficult and really fun.
This reminds me of real life Los Angeles
I did it a lot in San Andreas too. The NPCs with RPGs were the worst.
I miss the everyone hates you cheat. Listening to NPC dialogue never got old.

I used to have a mod, I think it was a different one from this, but same net effect. As long as you kept the settings reasonably low, everything was basically ok. Then someone would bump someone else, a fight would break out, people would get caught in the crossfire, and next thing you know, absolute mayhem. It was hilarious fun. You had to be super careful just driving around. Flip someone off and WWIII is on, lol.

Wow. This is 2 y old and it was just rec’d to me. New sub and want more!!. CarPal crash test dummies don’t do it for me but seeing NPC’s jump willingly into carnage from a vehicle is awesome! The last dude bent over to rightly kiss his self goodbye and I busted up when the truck greased him into the curb. Cheers!!!
