How do you keep only the outer walls of the building and erase the inner part? I've seen you do this in previous videos too. Amazing work btw!

Use the castle wall eraser tool (the icon looks like castle wall imo) It is directly under the flower eraser option. When you use it on a building it takes away the roof and makes it a wall. Preserving the shape.
