Not to mention - she was the only being who could turn into Dragon and Fully control it, although we never truly seen her final form it was implied she would not age and be immortal (Possibly re-birthing her back into the world via the RC cells sac).

When he got fire in his Kakuja he felt pain for once in his life - His multiple mouths were screeching due to the burn and that flame was less. Tatara would win easily.

Above Furuta, he needed her RC cells to become a ghoul. People seem to forget that Furuta didn't just become strong, he wasn't even a ghoul he got his power from a small percentage of Rize.

Noro is a pure kakuja so he’s stronger than most SS and SSS+ rated ghouls I think he’s 3rd to Yoshimura and Eto
Nah it can get countered, for example Tataras flames would destroy Noro.

Tatara's flames are totally blue and strong enough to melt SSS weapons even though he himself is a SS - Noro would be engulfed completely.
When he got fire in his Kakuja he felt pain for once in his life - His multiple mouths were screeching due to the burn and that flame was less.
Tatara would win easily.
