Instead of playing on Novice, people switch to Legendary, but abuse broken game mechanics to make the game as easy as it is on Novice. Makes sense right? Right?
To some people the idea of making a strong build and perfecting it is fun and I'm one of those people. Plus novice makes the game easy all throughout while legendary at least provides some challenge.

I meant the damage on my bow is "perfectly balanced" after I drank the fortify marksman and destruction potions. I don't know what you mean by 1.597.
