So so good. Never seen a video packed with so much value! Totally in the same mindset as you and agree on all of this! Costa Rica, Bali & Cape Town are very cool places! Somehow I still feel like I want my base to be in Europe. Haven't really found that place yet! I'm thinking Barcelona but the taxe system in Spain is no bueno compared to all these other places... Anyway, so happy to see videos like this one FINALLY! So helpfull mate!
Appreciate it man! Let me know if you find a dope europe spot. So far Asia has been the only place able to scratch my itch haha. The lifestyle is just so good here
Hey Julian, I've recently started to make £8k-£11k per month making youtube thumbnails and moved out to Thailand from the UK. I will have a decent amount saved up in my bank account by the end of this year so would love if you dived deeper into what to do with that money. As I'm noticing myself already thinking about planning on what to do next. Like UA-cam is obviously so oversaturated with videos on how to start earning money, but haven't found many that actually talk about what to do with it once you've got it! Great video btw!
Thailand! Love Ko Samui, that should have made it on my list haha. If you're abroad, living cheap, earning $10k+ you're already on a good track IMO. Personally I'm investing into real estate in my area since it also happens to be an incredible opportunity right now with the returns people are seeing in Bali on short term rentals. I'm not sure how Thailand is, but I imagine it's quite good over there as well, yeah? I saw a bunch of epic plots for sale in Samui when I was there last summer.
Wow, amazing Julian! Thank you so much for giving us the blueprint about what to prepare for. It makes sense but I would have missed a step if it weren’t for you!! 😂
Loved this video! For your next one, could you dive into the transition from a nomadic lifestyle to settling down, especially with a partner? I’m curious about how you’d navigate the challenges and changes, balancing the thrill of adventure with the comfort of home. It’s a journey I’m embarking on too, and I’d love to see your take on it!
Interesting, what exactly do you mean? Are you currently still living in your home country/town and trying to figure out how everything works when living abroad? I guess for me it's so normalized now, I need some context to remind myself how the transition was 😅
@@JulianAlexander My wife and I have been digital nomads for 3 years, visiting over 26 countries. We met during our travels and are now contemplating settling down, gradually extending our stays to ease into stability. We're intrigued by your transition from constant travel to a more settled lifestyle, especially balancing work and lifestyle changes. Any insights?
Ahh yeah! I can relate. Me and Jenny met here in Bali as well. I’m not sure how much you guys travel, but nonstop every few months is definitely stressful after a while. Personally, we setup our base here in Bali, pay our villa for the whole year upfront (so we have some stability), and then we do 2-3 week trips out of here whenever we feel like it 😄
Everything you said was great but the digital day job is crazy to actually get traction on. And like you said everything with technology and AI right now has me on edge every single day with the fear that I chose to do something that AI will move into next. I am stuck in limbo of where to start and what to do.
Hmm that's interesting. I think you can't really go wrong with anything if you study with a holistic view of the field you're getting into. AI is great at specialized tasks, so if you focus 100% of your time and energy in just getting good at writing emails.... yeah that might get replaced by AI soon. But, where AI really struggles right now is connecting all the pieces together & seeing the entire strategy. So if you focus on getting good at not only writing the emails, but also learning how to create the entire sales strategy & marketing campaign, loading the emails into an email marketing platform, advertising through retargeting ads to your list, and seeing the whole process end-to-end. This is something that people will need for a long time IMO. Analysis paralysis is never good. Just jump on something & get started 😄
Borrow from USA money invest in bali will be cheaper hehe, 1 usd is 15400 rupiah , our country money is nothing compare to USA . In bali 2 usd you can eat 1 whole day. :)
Channel with 2,05 mil subs, yet in 2 days got 55 likes, 600+ views and 9 comments. I maybe just dont know how subs and views work but looks strange, it is my first video of you and will try to add in an unbiest opinion of the vid when finishing.
Long wait i know, this aint a hidden gem but the imformation is not totaly wrong and is based of real stuff that one will pass by, yet looks like is said from a very privelleged point of view. Hopefully i am wrong but good enough video
Awesome video bro! Watched this on the plane over to Bali last night 😂 was validating to hear that Bali is still the GOAT.
Honestly, I tell people not to go because no other country will scratch that itch the same once you've experienced the vibe here haha 🤣
Amazingly informative video dude
Thanks for sharing ypur knowledge
Looking at doing just that in bali
Respect from australia
