Idkwhy lol it’s just that I was listening to this to help nurse my fear of schizophrenia at the time, and I thought I hallucinated that yell lol. Scared the hell out of me so that’s why I typed that

Idkwhy yeah I was. I realized it was just phobia anxiety. I am much better now. Since it was phobia anxiety, I looked at everything that was weird as a hallucination/delusion. The thing is, if you think you’re going insane/going through psychosis, you’re NOT insane/going through it. That’s a paradox in and of itself.
What made me scared here was, schizophrenic voices are heard in the environment. It’s not a voice literally in your mind. Schizophrenics hear the echoes of the voices in the room, the sound bouncing off the walls. If it’s in their ear, they feel the air of the voice blowing as well. I thought I hallucinated that voice, and I reality checked with my friend to see if I was insane.

Look at this. This utterly obliterated my fears. Explained my situation completely. I think this should help you. My heart goes out to you with this situation, since I was in the same spot, and all I wanted was an answer. This was mine, so I really hope it helps you. Best of luck
JON.I MANZ omg that is so true.. everytime the tiniest thing happens out of the ordinary I think someone is trying to watch me or something idek.. I feel like I’m constantly paranoid about people talking about me so I’m gonna look up phobia paranoia and see what if is about
This isn't meditation! It's more in common with autosuggestion or
affirmation. This is a calming technique that has value,but it's not meditation.
