Dissolve your colour in little quantity of oil make sure your colour is oil base colour and keep whenever you are doing production you can add the already dissolved colour to your oil before introducing any other chemical

Can I omit the calcium in the soap making?

You know its a profitable bar soap where the quantity of the water and calcium carbonate are increase to yield more soap so if you want to remove calcium carbonate you will need another formulation.but if you have kaolin you can replace it with calcium carbonate okay
