  • Hello everyone, Today I show how to cook green garlic pickled easily and quickly. Chinese Green Garlic Pickled tastes sour and slightly spicy. This recipe is a modern way that the added sugar and salt balance the sourness.
    ▶ Ingredients :
    ● Green Garlic, 200g
    ●●Salt, 1tbsp (for marinade)
    ● Apple Vinegar, 1 cup
    ● Sugar, 1/2 cup
    ● Salt, 1 tbsp
    ▶Method:
    1. Clean the green garlic for 2 or 3 times.
    2. Trim off the root, leaves and peel the skin.
    3. Sprinkle the salt, massage and marinate for 15 minutes..
    4. Clean the marinated garlic with the water and drain off the water.
    5. Boil the garlic for 30 seconds. Soak into ice water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain the garlic, and transfer to a jar.
    6. In a large pot, pour the white vinegar, and add the sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar is melted.
    7. Bring it to a boil, for 8 to 10 minutes. Pour the boiling water into the jars.
    8. Let stand until cool, then put the lid on.
    9. Put the jar in the temperature room for 5 to 7 days.. DONE!
