If my Florida LLC that does business in Florida is owned by a Wyoming holding LLC, does my Wyoming LLC gain credit too or only my Florida LLC?
I’m wondering because if I want to create another Florida LLC under my Wyoming LLC, would I then have to start all over again building credit for the new Florida LLC?
@@DGarcia007 Florida LLC the one in Wyoming is just a managing member. It’s your active business that builds the credit.
