Dany says: "It's about missing someone and the energy this person gives you. You're drawn into their gravitational pull and brightness - like an automatic sun." The video was put together in one week. They shot it at Tecate Pa’l Norte in Monterrey on March 31st. The video team is led by Beto Ramos, Pau’s drum teacher, and Iván Chávez, recent graduate of the University of Monterrey film school. The team they lead is top notch. Their first major TW video was the Metropolitan concert. Dan Lancaster is listed in the credits as a co-producer of the song, a lyrics contributor and providing keyboards. Dan was a touring keyboardist for Muse.
This song hits you like Mike Tyson when you hear it live. I was at the Leeds concert UK last night and it was awesome. When this song came on you are completely stunned - it sounds 100% heavier live. I recommend you react to Disciple as this was probably the second most loved song in the set list from last night.
Chris, great reaction. I am here from the past. I was in high school when Sugar Hill Gang "went viral" with Rapper's Delight. I was playing Earth Wind & Fire, Rick James and The Knack while marching around during half-time shows on Friday nights and when I was driving around I had AC/DC, Aerosmith, Pink Floyd and Rush on the stereo. I got all the great music back in the day from Parliament to MJ to Queen and Van Halen. What I love about The Warning is they are somehow creating a whole new vibe in rock music by taking influence from the bands of my youth and giving you the very best in their own incredible, authentic sound. In my mind, they are like a combination of Prince meets Rage Against the Machine. Check this out... "I don't know the future. I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end... " The end of The Matrix. ua-cam.com/video/aTL4qIIxg8A/v-deo.htmlsi=F2ei6c5DPeDbljZf&t=17
Thanks for staying with The Warning. Be sure to check out some songs from the Teatro Metropólitan concert. It doesn't matter which one. They are all good. Just pick one that looks interesting. You'll love it.
So happy you are enjoying The Warning - there is a lot of great music ahead for you! And I'm happy the girls have been able to show you that there is some rock out there for you to enjoy - I think its good for the mind and soul to occasionally hear music that is outside a person's normal range of tastes.
Nice reaction! Like you show, they offer songs for all music lovers, the genre don’t matter… they have groovy rhythms and basslines, heavy riffs, awesome melodies and harmonies… I just saw them live last week, the show was great! All 19 shows of their recent Euro tour are completely sold out! Thanks, greetings from Germany 👍⚡️🤘
Hi Chris, glad to hear you're enjoying this journey. I was lucky enough to see them this weekend just gone (they're in the UK), it was kickin man, a superb performance - Love n' peace from England bro! 🤘
As a retired 76yr old Rock&Roller, I had kind of stopped listening to R&R after disco destroyed it. I just listened to Classic Rock stations....until The Warning. They are reviving R&R, one song at a time. They influenced a 12yr old girl 5yrs ago and she started playing guitar. She started a band(trio, like TW) and they have released 2 singles so far. They are called Freeze The Fall. Check out Daughters of Witches. Amazing for teenagers to be so good.
Glad you got to experience this band. They transcend musical tastes. I can’t tell you how many reactors basically said “I’m not usually into this kind of music, but I love this band.”
You may want to check out MORE from the MTV VMAs, super groovy!!!! Also check out ANYTHING from their performance from Aug 2022 at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX. Awesome rockstars
There is so much good music in this world. No one genre or country or demographic group has a monopoly on greatness. One great thing about the Internet is that it is a melting pot of it all. It's like a giant musical cafeteria...
Very nice. I think your girl "Britt Reacts" didn't hear us.. She has reacted to The Warning , Evolve & Disciple a long time ago.. anyhow You're right...this song is about a relationship.. I'm glad you're enjoying some Real Rock. 3 people 3 instruments is all it takes.. nothing fake, just raw talent.. Here's my recommendation.. anything from TEATRO METROPOLITAN CDMX 2022.. IT'S THE BEST LIVE CONCERT ON UA-cam.. 💥🌘🌗🌖💥✌️
When The Warning talked about how they chose the sound for their band they said they chose rock because of the energy the genre encourages in the bands and their fans. It’s this that they go for in their music rather than the genre itself. Their songs float around a bit in genre but always sounds like The Warning
Hey Chris! Great to see you take an interest to the Rock genre that many of us hold so dear! There are the great decades of rock (late 60s, 70s, 80s and early 90s) and The Warning mixes all of them into an amazing fresh, new sound! I hope you will continue to discover more The Warning and more of the great rock of the past. There are huge catalogs from legendary artists for you to discover! Rock On, my man! New Sub here!
you know how when you go somewhere and see someone that brightens and enlivens your day while they are around? they are an *Automatic Sun* for you... you get pulled into their orbit and enjoy their light shining on you... DPA/TW are an/the *Automatic Sun* for TWA 😜😹 the last time DPA/TW played here was back in 2015! 🤯 TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA
Don't worry too much about the information overload. The Warning Army tends to come crashing in like a tidal wave of facts and history. One of the great things about most of their songs, is they leave them ambiguous enough that people can draw many different meanings from the same song. And good music is good music. Genre or category doesn't matter.
It's gonna be hard to get into other rock artists if Im being honest. Sure give it a shot, but The Warning is different. Not different because im a stan, but musically speaking they 'feel' different because a large part of their music is driven by 'the groove' specially the song's you've heard so far. I was a punk and alt rock fan, but primarily a hip hop head. I actually produced for local rappers back home in LBC and CPT as well as some cats from NYC, nothing big however. But I come from the hip hop world. While I did enjoy grunge, I primarily stopped listening to 90% of rock. I honestly should hate The Warning as they weren't my style. But something about their groove heavy, riff driven, energetic music made me a huge stan. Loving the fact you're digging this, honestly there isn't a single bad song. And the one song that may not initially be your fav song, will soon live in your head rent free. Enjoy.
If you love The Warning, you will love Band-Maid which is a Japanese Rock band of all females. They rock hard and The Warning will be performing with them in a concert on June 12 in Japan. Both bands are fans of one another. They have both been around for 10 years although the members of Band-Maid are sliightly older. Hope you can react to them as well. I would start with songs like Thrill or their official live video of HATE which was just released about a month ago. The Warning certainly rock this hard and the song is incredible. Looking forward to their new album release ion June 28. They had 16 cameras and 3 drones recording this video and it was all produced in about 3 or 4 days.
My brain always melts when I try to process how good these ladies are. 🤯

Banger after Banger, The Warning never miss, 50 songs in and nothing but net!

Wow that must have been so much fun. This song would slay live.

Bro, these amazing talented young girls are killing it right now. Ive seen them live 14 times and cant get enough.
Thanks for the reaction. Another banger from The Warning. They have a new album due out in June. Enjoy the journey
They just sold out a 10,000 seat venue in Mexico City for next February in less than a day of general sales starting.
Queens of Rock 🔥⚡️🤟🏼

Great shout - A cold front is incoming - Daughters a real banger. Bringing out their inner TW.
i second this, definitely check out FTF 😊
Basically when someone can come into a room and light it up like the sun, they are an automatic sun!

The whole band is phenomenal. Generational talent. Check out 'Disciple' Live at Teatro Metropolitan.

I watched the original performance and my initial reaction was HOLY F! And Dany finally got her pyro!🧨

Glad to see you enjoying your journey so far. I've been to two of their shows in the last five days and this song hits like a freight train live!
ALL HAIL THE WARNING
I gave up on music over 20 yrs ago. They got me to love rock again. Great content bro...Doogie
