Hi Kait! I have an idea for your helmet, you can use circular needles (small size) and pick up the stitches in the bottom and make it into a beret that will actually fit you. As always, i love this vlog,.

Straight needles!! I just do a few rows on the smaller needles and then a few on the bigger needles!!! really freehand just whatever I was feeling!
