Canada has a very high cost of living. In Toronto or Vancouver,$1800/month rent for an average apartment, houses are at least $750,000 in a decent area. Cellphone and internet rates are among highest in world. Groceries and alcohol are expensive compared to US and UK. Extreme cold weather 5 months a year even in southern cities like Toronto. Spotty transit service compared to European and Asian cities. Much of the country is undeveloped because of extreme weather. Most Canadians live within 60 miles of the USA border. Advantages of Canada : it is reasonably rich and technologically advanced. Free and democratic although not like the USA. Lots of open space outside large cities. And very quiet , peaceful but uneventful country.
Yes but at the same time income is not high too. Also, you can't compare based on whole Canada this is based on an average assumptions and calculations. What you are saying is not wrong, but very few people prefer to go and live in other provinces.

loved the video and everything is very positively explained. Coming from a middle class family from a small town, I can relate with all the challenges you mentioned and I think that is common everywhere. Also, can you please make a video on challenges with getting a job in Canada with Indian experience and education after migrating as a PR?
Exactly, why not? When you don't have food to eat then nobody come to give you even a Chapati and when you have a lot everyone wants to celebrate with you. People who stand with you in your bad times, never forget them and people who only stand in your good time, don't even remember them. Good Luck👍🏻😊
Your way of explaining about each and every point is quite "Crystal Clear", brother.🙌❤️ I have a question about if anyone wanna open a startup there, then what all would be the challenges?
Well! There shouldn't be any challenge, it just that you will have to follow all the required rules and regulations. Plus have a valid status in Canada before you plan to start. Good luck and thanks for your comment👍🏻
Well! Being very frank I am sure there are many others things to cover up and if I'll find more good points, I might make Part 2 of Canada Expectations Vs Reality. Can I come to do masters in mechanical engineering in Canada with 2 years gap, will i be able to get a job , or should I go to MBA course, I am a mechanical engineer 2019 passed out
As per my knowledge and understand, I believe you should be fine to do Masters or MBA whatever you feel like and just have a justification for the gap you have 👍🏻😊
Thank you Anna... since past 11 years my family lives in Hyderabad, even I've studied and worked in Hyderabad before moving to Canada. Best City to live👍🏻 Welcome to my UA-cam Family🙏🏻
how to manage things when you don't have any friend or relatives in canada already. what i have seen is whoever moves to canada has someone there to support them or guide them
2 things one join Facebook community, related to your college, or religion or country etc. And post your questions or queries, someone will surely help or guide. Second, ask your Consultant to provide references of their previous students who are Canada then connect with them. You can even reach out to your college or there are consultancies for new immigrants in Canada for free to help and guide.
Great vedio presentation..i appretiate. Well as you asked for any question, thus here i have - Under express entry, the CEC draw EOI selection list and the FSWP draw EOI selection list are the same or different?
Thanks for liking the video. Well! Your question is interesting and as per my knowledge both are different because CEC is Canadian experience class and when you calculate your points you get more Points for CEC rather than FSW which is Foreign Skill trade which you apply on the basis of your Foreign work experience. Hope that answers your question!
No NOC code could be same for a job here or back home but you get additional points when the experience is in Canada. Also, CEC cut off is different than FSW.
in case of middle East people take everything from India. Also, bachelor's doesn't need any furniture! Generally, people won't buy anything except cooking and some cloth items! All other things are really not required!

Hi Sarthak, I’m Pediatrician from Junagadh Gujarat. I’m doing private practice since 12 years. I think about to practice in Canada. What’s your suggestion & process? Thanks 🙏🏻
Well! Based on my understanding, Indian degrees won't count here to practice. You will need to study here again I believe. Usually if the degree is evaluated then you might have to go for Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) and if I am not wrong it has 2 parts. Still check with some immigration lawyer or renowned consultants.
Well! You will need to apply PR first and after living 3 years in Canada, you can apply for Citizenship. When you come on PR, your kids education untill high school will be free at a Public school.
Hi, I am a working professional in India and my ctc is close to 20lpa with 3 years of experience. I have a one year experience in banking domain. Currently i am working with HSBC. Do you think appling for canada pr will be good for me? I know i will not get the high paying job in canada in the beginning stage.
See! First check your points , if you have enough points for PR then you can try. If you don't have enough points then try study visa. Also, initially it will be difficult for sure but eventually things will be fine. As long as you want to live in Canada then you will do everything to be here
Very good video, very informative! One question: did you go to Canada via a consultancy or did you do it all by yourself? Is a consultancy even needed?
Being very frank I did take help from a Consultant but I've got the one who doesn't charge anything to Students. They guide you with the whole process, I did everything but they have guided me. When they get you the admission, they get commission from the college, so they don't charge. There are some who charge some nominal amount to process the application, there are many who charge a lot of money for study visa, don't go to them.
Well! Usually you will have talk to couple of them and ask if they charge anything. You can message me on Instagram too if you have any other query at Sarthaksarry
I have type 1 diabetes sometimes it's high n low sugar...and I want to study in Canada ..but I have question that I afford insulin in Canada? and it's easy to purchase? Please give me answer

I agree with you and as you said yes, India is a beautiful country and it's great. Moving to abroad is not the only option. If you can get it, it's good and if not then do something good in your country itself.
I want to know that which course is most important for my future in toronto? I am from surat, gujrat & i'm studing in BCA(software engineering) & i'm interesting in it. Please give me important IT course in Toronto. Have good day.
Well! I would suggest to check the available courses of computer science or information technology on college sites and read the progtam outline. Select the course which has those subjects in which you want to grow your career.
Well! Medical profession has good growth and money here but as far as I am aware, you gotta study here or do some relevant certifications here to practice.
Prepare for IELTS and if you are planning for Study Visa then you would have to do Academics IELTS. Intakes I believe it's January, May, & Sep. Rest you have to check with the college or University you are applying to. For PR you would have to have your CRS points and if not then you study here then work then apply for PR.
Thanks a lot for making such a detailed nice video.... I am really confused as to should i apply for application or not as I see my chances look very weak on getting selection. Below are my details: 1) Age: 30 2) Degree: MBA Finance in 2015 from Delhi 3) Indian work experience: 6 years 4) IELTS: 8,7,7,7 5) No sibling... Do you think my profile will fetch me required score to receive an invitation??
Well! Based on this information your profile looks good to me. Check your CRS score. There is no cost to put the application. You only pay after you get the invitation. Canada PR Series/ Express Entry Series: ua-cam.com/play/PLgh1rM39lrdN_WJ8gVIp4a7ppWmhGE30t.html

Thank you for your kind words. Well! Of course based on my experience, yes all the jobs are being treated equally and even if someone comment you on your job then just ignore, as people here beleive that as long as you are happy with what you are doing be it. Now, regarding changing your profile, you can definately try to apply and once you get the job, they will train you on that and if you can learn, and willing to perform, then why not. Good luck 👍🏻😊
What are the rentals there ? Salary levels kya hein different jobs ki? Minimum required funds Kitna honing chahiye initial stage mein ? Which is the best and safe locality yo stay there ? Visit visa ki charges and other expenses kta hein? Which are the best and fast available jobs there ?
Rentals totally depends on the kind of place and area you are living. Whether it's sharing, or private room. Or apartment. Anywhere from $500 to $2000. Salary also depends what kind of job you are doing. Check my videos on Top 10 Jobs in Canada Part 1 and Part 2, I've discussed the salaries too. Initially $2k to $5k should have but again depends on your lifestyle too. This money is enough if you are renting out just a room and not spend on unnecessary stuff. Well! Anything can happen anywhere. However, Toronto, Halifax, Montreal, Winnipeg, Waterloo, Kitchner all of these are nice cities and there are many more. Visit visa ke charges apko Government site pe mil jaenge usually about $100 to $150 and other charges would be your travel expenses and living expenses here. Again watch the Top 10 jobs video, it has high demanding jobs.

i have question......my family is suggesting me to prepare for upsc but to be honest i have no interest in it......on the other hand i want to go canada for my further studies......so please help me to chose the better of these options

Thank you so much ...sir...🥰
Last point awesome.....equal respect ❤️
Thanks ❤
Thank you. Now i feel i can do smallest job here in India also without feeling ashamed
Exactly, why not? When you don't have food to eat then nobody come to give you even a Chapati and when you have a lot everyone wants to celebrate with you.
People who stand with you in your bad times, never forget them and people who only stand in your good time, don't even remember them.
Good Luck👍🏻😊
Well said brother , agar waha jaakar bhi humne toilet saaf karne hain toh isse accha toh India main hi better hain
Xllent video! Presented with enthusiasm and common sense.
Thanks a lot Ji😊👍🏻
Ist time something I found encouraging and so comprehensive. Bro thanks
Thank you very much. Really appreciate it😊👍🏻
Your way of explaining about each and every point is quite "Crystal Clear", brother.🙌❤️ I have a question about if anyone wanna open a startup there, then what all would be the challenges?
Well! There shouldn't be any challenge, it just that you will have to follow all the required rules and regulations. Plus have a valid status in Canada before you plan to start. Good luck and thanks for your comment👍🏻
@@SarthakVines Thank you so much, bhaiya for enlightening, and soon I would be visiting there to meet you. :)

Great to be aware Dude,...!!
I know for the fact that, Canada is expensive and you start from scratch, but it's better to migrate there than be in the gulf without a citizenship.
Lot many people say that👍🏻
We are happy in india .Here is Canada 😊
You forgot about the basement apartments coming from India I had a very different perspective of the basement.
Well! Being very frank I am sure there are many others things to cover up and if I'll find more good points, I might make Part 2 of Canada Expectations Vs Reality. Regarding, basement there are many different kinds, there are few which are at the ground level and very nice, there are some which are totally underground. I even had diffrent perspective when I came to Canada but after a while I was familiar with it.. Thanks Ashish👍🏻😊
Excellent video Sir 🙂. Can you please make a video on how to get a scholarship in universities in Canada?

Can I come to do masters in mechanical engineering in Canada with 2 years gap, will i be able to get a job , or should I go to MBA course, I am a mechanical engineer 2019 passed out
As per my knowledge and understand, I believe you should be fine to do Masters or MBA whatever you feel like and just have a justification for the gap you have 👍🏻😊
You said true words you impressed with your way of talking today subscribed channel I wish you best of luck keep rocking bro love from hyderabad india
Superb confidence.. Bro what camera and mic you use?
Thanks you. Well! Until now, all my videos were recorded from my Mobile phone and mic I use Saramonic Blink 2 (wireless Mic).
Thanks for sharing your view point. 🙏
Great vedio presentation..i appretiate. Well as you asked for any question, thus here i have -
Under express entry, the CEC draw EOI selection list and the FSWP draw EOI selection list are the same or different?
Thanks for liking the video.
Well! Your question is interesting and as per my knowledge both are different because CEC is Canadian experience class and when you calculate your points you get more Points for CEC rather than FSW which is Foreign Skill trade which you apply on the basis of your Foreign work experience. Hope that answers your question!
@@SarthakVines thankyou for your prompt response. Hence, this means that the Noc codes selected would also be different and the cut off as well?
No NOC code could be same for a job here or back home but you get additional points when the experience is in Canada. Also, CEC cut off is different than FSW.
Last Point I liked a lot ☺️🤩
Lot's of love From Gujarat 😘😍🤭
Thanks a lot Pavan. Means a lot😊👍🏻😍
Its pretty same across all western countries. The last point isn't just relevant to Canada
very nice topic & video editing.. can you please let me know which video editor u use
Thanks dear. I use Premier Pro👍🏻
in case of middle East people take everything from India. Also, bachelor's doesn't need any furniture! Generally, people won't buy anything except cooking and some cloth items!
All other things are really not required!

Thanks. That's what I did. Jan to Aug then took 4months break and did another program next Jan to Aug. 😊

Haha I like that.. well! I think in different videos I've shared bits and pieces but I'll keep this in mind ❤Thanks😊👍🏻
@@SarthakVines is it a good idea to try to start a course for the summer/spring intake?
Bhai you make quality content🤩.
I am a 3rd year Mechanical engineering student. i took ME because it was my passion to build things. But sadly I'm really worried about the quality of education i get here . As of now i have 9.57 cgpa and i would love to expand my skillsets .
You know I'm working on 2 startups, dealing with other projects on top of that. but people including family doesn't respect what I'm doing ( because I'm not earning much from my work).
I would love to move to Canada but its all on god now cause i ( me and my family )can't afford the initial expenses.
I can understand the situation brother, just keep your hopes and high and stay motivated and keep trying. Your hard work always pays you back👍🏻
Canada me French or English me kaunsa language jyada use hota hai?

Hi Sarthak,
I’m Pediatrician from Junagadh Gujarat.
Can you also throw light on the situation when a family with 2toddlers have to move to canada regarding citizenship etc
Well! You will need to apply PR first and after living 3 years in Canada, you can apply for Citizenship. When you come on PR, your kids education untill high school will be free at a Public school.
Hi,
I am a working professional in India and my ctc is close to 20lpa with 3 years of experience.
As long as you want to live in Canada then you will do everything to be here
Bht Shukriaaa bhai jaaan bht hi achi or right info ha...
Ji Shukriya🙏🏻
Can't we use phones we are already having from India?
You can as long as it's unlocked (which usually all the phones are)
I even used my Indian phone for 1 year initially
Dear pls make a comparison video between Montreal and Toronto.
Not many youtubers have made it and it would get good number of views too.
Thanks for the suggestion. I'll keep this topic in my list.👍🏻😊
How to find such a consultant, any hint?
Well! Usually you will have talk to couple of them and ask if they charge anything. You can message me on Instagram too if you have any other query at Sarthaksarry
Last point is very good.
Thank you very much😊🙏🏻
Sirji...khud ka mobile india se lake jayge....chalega... kindly let me know... thank you
Haan bilkul. Mai bhi India se hi phone laya tha starting me.
I have type 1 diabetes sometimes it's high n low sugar...and I want to study in Canada ..but I have question that I afford insulin in Canada? and it's easy to purchase? Please give me answer
Don't know much about it but somewhere I've read that Insulin was invented in Canada. So it should be cheap. You can check this link
www.olympiabenefits.com/blog/what-is-the-monthly-cost-of-insulin-in-canada
@@SarthakVines okk.. Thank you ☺️
Our India is always Great Jai Hind but anyhow Canada is also Good place more developed like western nations its understood and pls don't De motivate because many Indians are constantly migrating to Canada and other countries always for better life..before it was easy to go but as time passes and population increase this countries all bring new laws ans it will be difficult to get visa but till that who r going and trying to go good luck..
Great video 👍😊
What about Medical professionals ?
Like I'm physio Can I expect some more pros😅
Well! Medical profession has good growth and money here but as far as I am aware, you gotta study here or do some relevant certifications here to practice.
Thank you for sharing the required information bro 👍
👍🏻😊
Right Information brother... Thanks 👍
Could you please tell me about the college intakes and its details. Should I prepare for GRE or IELTS ??? And how can I get a PR in Canada ?

@@SarthakVines I did checked but i am only getting close to 400-410 which no way is going to give me any chance considering cut offs these days are going too high
@@SarthakVines also If a person has his own house in India and is an MBA grad having job in MNC that pays close to 1 lakh a month, should he/she at the age of 30 look to immigrate to Canada?
I agree but it is always good to put your file. Plus check PNP options too.
@@jasmeetsingh2069 no beta pls don't commit this mistake u will curse ur self u r already 30 u will have to start from zero Indian work experience is a big zero here u will take 10 to 15 long years to finally settle here ,u should be below 20 if u want to settle in Canada or u should be having 10 CR in ur pocket because Canada wants only ur money not u do u know when Canadian retire they settle abroad ??? But most of the Canadians retire in Mexico or Spain to get high standard of living from their limited pension . Most of the jobs are under paid . Pls don't commit this mistake if ur not rich I'm a us citizen retired in Mexico came here in 56 now I m 94 year old .
Thank you for such nice video.
I just want to ask you this question.
As you said all jobs are treated with equal respect & I want to try new career paths.
So as career change, can I get job in canada (without any job offer) after getting PR ?
And can I survive in this job initially ?
Thank you for your kind words.
Well! Of course based on my experience, yes all the jobs are being treated equally and even if someone comment you on your job then just ignore, as people here beleive that as long as you are happy with what you are doing be it.
Now, regarding changing your profile, you can definately try to apply and once you get the job, they will train you on that and if you can learn, and willing to perform, then why not. Good luck 👍🏻😊
@@SarthakVines Thnak You very much !!
No problem, good luck👍🏻😊
No matter where you go, There, you are.
Great 👍 knowledge

So, what is the demand rate in Canada ???
What is the Visa procedure for a plumber like me ????
Any type of test or training???

Not sure much on that. But Plumber has a very good opportunity in this country.

Well! It all depends what do you want. If you can do UPSC then you definitely will have an amazing career but at the same time, is it something which you really want to pursue? Find your interest and then proceed
Can't we bring our mobile phone from India..?
You can bring it and mostly mobile phones work. Just check with your mobile company that your mobile is unlocked.
