This is the secret to instant tteokbokki in Sindang-dong! Sumin's request and fried rice!
[Ingredients]
Rice cake, cabbage, green onion, onion, square fish cake, boiled egg, dumpling, soaked glass noodles, ramen noodles
[Seasoning]
Red pepper paste 2, chunjang 1 (if you don't have it, replace it with jjajang ramen soup!), red pepper powder 2, sugar 2, beef kelp 1/2, curry powder 1/2, starch syrup or oligosaccharide 1, dark soy sauce 1 spoon, pepper a little
[How to make it]
1. Wash rice cakes in water as much as you want to eat
2. Cut vegetable ingredients and fish cake as much as the amount shown in the video
3. Put the sauce in proportion and mix it well
*TIP: If you don't have black bean paste, Chapagetti or black bean ramen powder is okay
*TIP: If you use ramen noodles, it's beef broth But even if you replace it with ramen powder, it's good
