@@Aaaaaqqq404 The feet are touching the ground. It looks weird because I'm pretty sure this wasn't made in an engine, but more likely works in the same way that aesthetic player models in Beatsaber do.

This is a MMD animation of the song "Rabbit Hole" by DECO*27 (said like Deco (like decoration) and Ni Na, not 27) using the VOCALOID 4 voice-bank "Hatsune miku" (the singer isn't a real person, and is a program add-on made for people who just want to produce music without the issues of hiring a singer). MMD or "Miku Miku Dance" is a free powerful 3d editor made to promote Hatsune miku in her early days (2007, 2008). It has grown very much since its release, and it can now rival 3d programs like blender and SFM in terms of quality. You most likely got here via the algorithm, since it's likely pushing the song out for people to look at since it got claimed by UA-cam.

It's really bothering me that the weights are a little bit off
It's like she was pulled up slightly from the floor, making it so her steps never have any actual weight to them, if that makes any sense
It just looks like the floor isn't actually there
her feet arent locked to the ground. the animation is just playing with her floating there
