If you will work hard, will show up everyday, can drive truck and better yet drive a tractor, it is simple getting a job in a agricultural area. I grew up in North Dakota and my brother still farms up there. They are always looking for good, dependable workers.
Ive always wanted to work on a Vineyard. Learning all the INS and Outs. 20 acres is enough to start your own later on.
