What is the practice of contacting and connecting with Spirit Guides and is this what people say it is or something much darker?

This is very informative Jade. While I never personally got into New Age, it is certainly something that has become very popular nowadays especially among young people sadly. Searching for truth which can only be found in Jesus Christ who is the only Way, the only Truth and the only Life.
And I would love to share your knowledge with others so they can be set free from the lies they have been fed, oftentimes through ignorance.
God has brought you out of darkness and into His glorious light.
