Upgrading your fashion sense is honestly one of the best ways to start looking attractive instantly, I've noticed it myself
At first I didn't really care about what clothes I wore or what color combination looked good on me but after getting on the self improvement journey, I started putting some effort into deciding what to wear and what looks good on me and it instantly gave me confidence boost , now I don't care what I wear when I'm chilling at home but I make sure to wear good clothes (not particularly expensive, Just something that suits you) when I go to college or anywhere outside

I’m a girl but I just wear sweatpants and a tshirt and possibly a hoodie everyday. I don’t dress to impress I just like to be comfortable but sometimes I do think about how other people might see me. I’m just not a big fan of dressing up. It’s not that I don’t have the clothes to dress up I do I just choose not too. What should I do?

While I agree with most of these points, going to the gym for example isn't a long term win, you should claim wins from actually going to the gym and focus on the process rather than the long term goal, if you focus on the long term goal and results too much, you're gonna be disappointed when you don't see results. However if you take small wins from the actual process, you're gonna feel much more satisfied. This is a pretty common psychological approach that counts for pretty much everything in life, don't focus on your goals, focus on your identity and the process to your goals.

    • @chrism1503
      @chrism1503 Рік тому +2

Excellent point. Even just getting in the front door of the gym can be a “win” if you haven’t been for a while (or ever). Celebrate all of your successes, even if they are tiny steps on a much longer journey.

I’ve noticed a lot of great tips in this comment section, so I thought I’d chip in.
The most important thing is self love. If you can learn to love yourself instead of craving attention from others, you can learn to give yourself joy independently of others and appreciate the smaller things more. You are worth something, you have the power to be kind, caring, and loving. First you have to love yourself, or nothing can fill that hole of sadness.

One thing that helped me out that wasn’t technically mentioned was getting braces if your teeth aren’t positioned properly. My teeth have always been pretty straight but I have a slight overbite. Once I got that fixed, it dramatically improved the positioning and angles of my jaw. I have a way more masculine face now and I did this in my mid-20s

remember that you do not always need to hit the gym to train although that would be optimal. On the days you don't exercise then try to spend 10mins doing 4 sets of push-ups to failure. This will work the chest and tricep a lot. You can progress with more difficult variations to make it harder and to also focus on the shoulders more. This will make you hit all push muscles in just 10-20mins.
You can do the same with pulling muscles by performing pull-ups or chin-ups. It also just takes 10mins to do 3-4 sets.
      Good luck!

If I were you, I would name it more professionally like: How To Glow Up as a Guy (camel case) - The Best Strategies (or something like) - it's probably nothing but it just doesn't match. "how to glow up as a guy" matches more with "I don't give a fuck nihilistic/artistic/aethetic edits videos.

A massive tip for guys nowadays is stop watching porn and masturbating it makes you feel drained, depressed and unmotivated, my energy and confidence has skyrocketed when I stopped that shit. My skin and hair feels and looks better too. I now use that excess energy and time to go gym. It is a huge catalyst since majority of guys can't even go a week without masturbating to porn. Stay strong!

    1. Stop watching porn. I’m so serious when I say this
    2. Stop breathing through your mouth if you do this. It causes bad breathe, it dries out your mouth and tongue and it alters your face shape after years of breathing through your mouth
    3. Start stretching everyday for at least 5 minutes either before you sleep or right when you wake up. You can definitely give up 5 minutes of your day!
    4. Get some groin deodorant and use it when you’re going out. Your partner will thank you.
    5. Increase your vocabulary, there’s nothing wrong with learning new words! Become a logophile. (Logophile: A lover of words)
    6. Try reading 1 book a month

@@andreaslandon5472you’ll never look like Ronaldo, same way I’ll never look like you. we’re all different, but I think what he means is what type of look you’re going for, as in brad pitt in fight club is shredded with quite little mass, Ronaldo is shredded with some more mass but he’s not “big” in a bodybuilding sense and the bodybuilders are, well, big.
