While I agree with most of these points, going to the gym for example isn't a long term win, you should claim wins from actually going to the gym and focus on the process rather than the long term goal, if you focus on the long term goal and results too much, you're gonna be disappointed when you don't see results. A massive tip for guys nowadays is stop watching porn and masturbating it makes you feel drained, depressed and unmotivated, my energy and confidence has skyrocketed when I stopped that shit. 1. Stop watching porn. I’m so serious when I say this 2. Stop breathing through your mouth if you do this. It causes bad breathe, it dries out your mouth and tongue and it alters your face shape after years of breathing through your mouth 3. Start stretching everyday for at least 5 minutes either before you sleep or right when you wake up. You can definitely give up 5 minutes of your day! 4. Get some groin deodorant and use it when you’re going out. Your partner will thank you. 5. Increase your vocabulary, there’s nothing wrong with learning new words! Become a logophile. (Logophile: A lover of words) 6. Try reading 1 book a month

Thank You for this video 🙏🙏
This video has a "made by some kind of company that runs a UA-cam channel" feeling to it
If I were you, I would name it more professionally like: How To Glow Up as a Guy (camel case) - The Best Strategies (or something like) - it's probably nothing but it just doesn't match. "how to glow up as a guy" matches more with "I don't give a fuck nihilistic/artistic/aethetic edits videos.
This
i like how you sneeked in mr.durden
Am I the only one who is just watching it for fun. And his feelings are independent of his facial appearance. Only feels good by doing good.
Step no 1 : Be handsome naturally
Is that code for “I can’t be bothered doing any of this”?
And how to do that
Notice that there are many naturally handsome men who don’t take care of themselves and look like shit. Maybe you’re not Brad Pitt, but it doesn’t mean you can’t become the best version of yourself if you figure out what suits you
Go gym
I am handsome naturaly alhamdulillah
awesome and informative
love seeing this

@@rohitbhardwaj7132 You're welcome, glad it did! :D
A massive tip for guys nowadays is stop watching porn and masturbating it makes you feel drained, depressed and unmotivated, my energy and confidence has skyrocketed when I stopped that shit. My skin and hair feels and looks better too. I now use that excess energy and time to go gym. It is a huge catalyst since majority of guys can't even go a week without masturbating to porn. Stay strong!
I agree with your other points but your skin and hair wouldn't have been impacted by it lol. Probably something else.
i like to call my self somone with zero potential, because i have a big nose so theres nothing i can do to fix that but for somone thats over weight they have potential to look good :(
1. Stop watching porn. I’m so serious when I say this
2. Stop breathing through your mouth if you do this. It causes bad breathe, it dries out your mouth and tongue and it alters your face shape after years of breathing through your mouth
(Logophile: A lover of words)
6. Try reading 1 book a month
The i formations are great but the A.I. voice is disturbing....Stay healthy and stay strong💪
1:10 I love how the second picture of a “slim look” is literally steroids to the max
Was thinking the same, even calling Ronaldo's physique toned. The guy is shredded to the bone and one of the most athletic people in the world!
@@andreaslandon5472 by today's standard it's accurate.
in case anyone is wondering, that guy is kyle kusnik
@@andreaslandon5472you’ll never look like Ronaldo, same way I’ll never look like you. we’re all different, but I think what he means is what type of look you’re going for, as in brad pitt in fight club is shredded with quite little mass, Ronaldo is shredded with some more mass but he’s not “big” in a bodybuilding sense and the bodybuilders are, well, big.
Sleeping early getting enough sleep not too much
Me whos watching this in the middle of the night and prob sleep for 12 hours
That Crazy, thank for you
1. You should do exercise.
2. You should eat correctly.
3. You should take care of your skin.
4. You should eliminate bad habits.
5. You should have a grooming routine.
6. You should have to take care of your mouth and lips.
7. You should have a polarizing style.
I know some people feel weird about it but if you have pasty/pink skin, a subtle fake tan makes you feel fantastic 👌 You look healthier, musclier and feel better instantly. Try it!
diet should be number one priority. Developing a healthy eating habit and choosing what you eat and drink is absolutly key rather than "first step: HIT tHe GYM BRo".
The thing you said about dry lips is bad advice yes it will work but you wont solve the problem if you have dry lips drink more water YOUR LIP IS DRY THAT MEANS YOURE DEHYDRATED
This video was so amazing I had to sub
This channel is sick
forgot about the most important and that is putting God first!
how do i start eating vegetables? i never really ate them as a kid but if anyone can give me vegetable suggestions i would appreciate it.
My favourite vegetables are courgette, eggplant, cucumber, tomato, Brussel sprouts, peas, leek, broccoli, carrots, radish, green beans, cabbage, red pepper, garlic and sweet potato. I know the following are technically legumes, but still quite healthy: lentils, beans, brown rice.
this video was only 4 mins but it seemed way longer😂loved it tho
who dat gym guy. Great video bro

I would also add to smell good, maybe save some money and go to a drugstore to buy a perfume
