Hmmm I think you can't download Live2d using chrome book since I saw someone tried to download it using chrome book but failed

Nope,once you used the Pro Trial you can't use it again even if you uninstall it and download it again

No you don't have to pay, although you only pay for the pro version but for the free trial(which is the free version) you will not pay for it
