First open the radpack app and download the 80's background you want. Next t open the 3d parallax background app and select the first tick box for "background layer". Find the 80's image file you downloaded, and select it. It will now be set as the background image, don't bother with layers two and three. Exit back to the screen viewing the wallpaper. The parallax effect shown in this video is a kinda fake one, I've made a true parallax version using this app "3d wallpaper parallax 2017". My versions free to download called "80's Retro or 80's Retro Sunset", once you have the app.

I love nova launcher, currently testing the arrow launcher. A little buggy but comes with a to do sync with wunderlist.
