Guten Tag, ich habe das Problem das der linke Schwenkarm beim herraus drehen der Markise in der Führungschiene hängen bleibt. Ich muss Sie dann von Hand anheben damit ich die Markise auffahren kann. Ohne das Anheben staut sich das ganze. Was für möglichkeuíten habe ich um das Einzustellen?

Würde da auch gerne die Neigung einstellen?! Habe im Netz leider nichts gefunden. Hast du vielleicht eine Idee wie das geht?

@Thomas Reichel Hallo Thomas, bei der Dometic habe ich leider kein Erfahrungen, aber Du könntest schauen, ob es eventuell Schrauben oder andere potenziell Verstellmöglichkeiten gibt. Du kannst auch bei deinem Händler oder deiner Werkstatt des Vertrauens anrufen und nachfragen. Die sollten das wissen, oder haben den Kontakt, um nachzuhaken. @Lars Schwartz Hallo Lars, ich habe meine beim Händler bekommen. Haben die manchmal herumliegen oder die können die Schrauben besorgen. Alternativ kannst Du dich auch bei Thule melden. Die senden Dir dann welche zu. Beste Grüße David
