Either way tho, those two bots playing volleyball in Cuba are neither Volleybot nor a KSI Sentry. They’re two Junkheap bots. The small yellow Junkheap has those thin elbow spikes and the larger white Junkheaps have wheel kibble on their shoulders. Those “Dino clones” are known as KSI Sentries, and they’re based off of Roadbuster, not Dino. If I’m remembering correctly at least.
Either way tho, those two bots playing volleyball in Cuba are neither Volleybot nor a KSI Sentry. They’re two Junkheap bots. The small yellow Junkheap has those thin elbow spikes and the larger white Junkheaps have wheel kibble on their shoulders.
Seems like the filmmakers thought they made decent background extras because two more are seen fighting each other in Hong Kong during this narration sequence from Burton.
Actually their called ksi trax but they do serve the role of sentries
@@kirb2electric “Trax” was never an official name for these characters. The moniker came from an LA Times article that had no idea what to call them and just made something up. KSI Sentry is an official designation given to them by the studio series toyline. They’ve also been erroneously referred to as Vehicons due to their foot soldier type role, but that name is also unofficial.

Theory:dino survive form the ambush becuase he use his powers to be invincible and to fact that dino can use Stinger body becuase dino can use the clone of him just like megatron use galvatron body in ksi drone
Well there no evidence on him having any invisible powers from G1 part because Micheal bay didn't mention it but I think he survived because he is a ferrari and ferrari is one speed cars so he might escaped by that
The mirage clone might also be a KSI/ Trax drone

So im not 100% sure exactly what website i read this but when i googled is dino dead it said dinos head could actually be seen somewhere in the background of the autobots scrapyard so yeah he died with sideswipe

people always said that dino is still alive people listen the autobots died by cemetery wind and lockdown then some of the bodys of the autobots where taken to ksi then use their parts to make a ksi sentry....they use sideswipe,dino,roadbuster,and leadfoot's parts as you can see all of the ksi sentry were look similar to dino,sideswipe,roadbuster and leadfoot..so their are 100% dead and dino's voice actor died so he want to kill his character aswell

there is another reason too, if you look at the scene where the scrapbot arms are destroyingparts of autobots, you can clearly see many different parts of dino getting scraped/played with. so R.I.P dino
