No I had the bottom vents all the way open and I just adjusted the top from there.. it was definitely pretty efficient too. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes 🍻🍻
Hey bro .....that Pork Butt turned out fantastic...the only thing I would do differently is sprinkle some wood chips then leave a gap and sprinkle some more....then leave a gap sprinkle some more and so on....so most likely your temp may not of spiked...other than that perfectly done my brother.
