I do the same treatment works great on curly hair after I wash and condition I use apple cider vinegar for the final rinse and my hair loves it. It really works yall
Question: Mayonnaise is made by emulsifying eggs, oil, and some type of acid, usually vinegar or lemon juice. So why do you have to add additional ingredients that are already in the mixture?
@@lillytaylor883 No it didn't burn, the comb wasn't that hot. Not necessarily if you use the back part of the comb and press. That's what we did er pressed the hair.

Hi sis, my mom would treat my hair with mayo when I was young. I believe eggs as well. It definitely works. Look at the products they sell in the stores now. Between oils & and mayo, just add some nice smelling oils to your hair. Acvodo oil bananas yogurt are all natural. I have been telling myself I need to do this again. My hair is dry & damaged in some areas due to dying my hair no longer doing any more. The coloring messes up your hair.
My cousin had a stylist that was doing this on their hair years ago as childhood. They said the hair grew but the smell was 🤢. I’ve never gotten it but I think I’m gonna try because I would like to see the results of it. We all have different texture of hair
I'm ' au natural' now since about 1984 when a beautician burned the back of my neck by being too heavy handed while putting perm in my hair. All my daughters are au natural as well. They have a lot of hair like the beautiful young lady in the video. She looks like my daughter, Lol!

The question is why would you shampoo out all the moisture you just put into your hair ?? Just use the mask rinse it out ALL THE WAY and use a natural styler

Back in the 1960's my older sister hot combed my hair using mayonnaise for hair grease. It came out nice and bouncy.

Just mixed and put in my hair got some covering it .. Letting it sit while I bathe. My little girl. How long does it stay in for??

Mayo is a protein treatment. You should follow up with a moisturizing conditioner. And grease or oil your hair afterwards
