Nalanda wasn't just limited to library. It was University which had library. I think this video is just limited to only libraries.

@@MeowMeow-ul4su not sure where you found that info but it's at worst of the 12th century and if you count when it was founded as a place to produce and store books it's of the 5 hundred... they themself claim to be the oldest still existing and in function of the latin world.
