l thank God l came across this even though late,l think my siz is suffering from this bipolar condition,but becz people arnd us are not civilized,they all think she's mad,en l was into it since l was young,av grown up knowing our first born is mad,now l think l wil discuss this to some of my relative en we wil take action,thanks for this Obina,en may God heal u Kimani

Wueh anxiety and panic attacks are terrible, leo nimekua nazo and I have not been able to do anything at all, . And I think most people suffer from this bloody anxiety attacks but hawajui ni nini wana suffer from coz the first time I experienced panic anxiety attacks I thought I'm dying i thought I was going mad 😮

I smoke weed everyday but in the evening after work and after completing everything I prepared to do in the morning, weed is not good but for you to be in a good mental space when doing drugs you also have to be very very present, ata meditation has to be focused on realistic stuff not eutopia, yaani you have to so present mpaka when you notice something wrong with your mental health you stop for a few days even something as small as a headache. Am not trying to encourage anyone to start smoking because it might be the only decision that destroys your whole life but for those who consume it understand that discipline is everything and your life cannot be dependant on any drug.

Am happy to see Kimani in a good state of mind. One thing most people don't know is that research has shown mental illness has a high affinity to make the afflicted indulge in chemical dependencies from drugs and alcohol hence, addiction. What Kimani has gone through is happening a lot, more than what is being reported or aired.

Anxiety and fear from my childhood made me a bedweter in primary school and highschool untill you seek help its never goes away. Mental health is real i still get anxiety attacks but have learnt how to control them with meds.
How did med help you out with bed wetting.my 9yr old is still bed wetting na inanipea headache

I know this will be controversial BUT with PRAYER and FASTING bipolar and any mental health issues gets healed. I have seen it and witnessed it with myself when I was depressed. On top of the prayer and fasting, dieting and exercising with change of environment everything gets healed.

People like you need to actually think a little and stop advising people with no medical qualifications. You are the people who give unsolicited advice and misinformation that leads to worse cases.
