Many English Towns don’t have shopping mall or River Thames- also it offer easy access to Central London and 15 mins drive away from Heathrow. It is handy for people who are frequent flyers. I would also say the vibe - which is hard to explain with words - different area would have different vibe.
@@madlau3316 Hello thank you for you message. Staines is a popular residential area for years. The Air Quality AQI in Staines are mostly under 50 - which is good for residential area. (This week ranges from 19-48) - not bad for London or Greater London area, considering we have 5 airports in / surrounding London. AQI Hazardous level is 301-500. Unfortunately, many residential area in London are under flight path… like Richmond/ Kew 🥹 too many airports here

但唔可以同全英國對比，其實如果同Surrey 區真係唔算貴，你可以睇吓Ascot Sunningdale Apartments Over 1千尺 好多三房£1M 左右，Kingston 都要£750-800k 兩房
