I worked for 2.10 years and quit my job 3 months ago. I used to work in automation. I didn't like what I was doing and quit to find a new job. After applying to hundreds of jobs I didn't get any job. This is my third month of job hunting. This video is a motivation for me to keep trying till I reach my goal. I wish to grow with the help of your channel as being unemployed you don't have any privilege to afford costly courses. Ihave 40 plus skills devops fully Java Fullstack 5plus years development skills Testing Skills every day giveing 2 or 3 interview top notch some interviews l1 selected l2 not updating if getting offer not onboarding.even they don't have capcity give to 8lpa package but when I see youtube I got 40 lpa 1cr package how things are happening.miracles

When I reached to them to know the blockers they are giving simple answers like DevOps is like a Ocean not easy to survive but in the reality what is going on we want to know .
So please make podcast of any resources , we are transition to DevOps
- what are the challenges they/he/she faced after transition
- how they overcome the challenges that they have faced … etc
I believe no one reveals anything like this.
But we get a those answers it’s really helpful for DevOps enthusiasts

Some says we need coding.. some say we don't..but I have witnessed it depends on project.. but again..azure services are handled via .net ..then we need to know c# language anyhow.. how to tackle that .. bcz we assume devops doesn't need coding.. then ?again if we interviewed we don't know if ongoing project will give us pure ops role.they can demand onspot u have to code this feature and u have to deploy..test

Yes it is possible. Only you have to find that opportunity. You will get 2-3 calls from hiring manager with no limit. You have to crack those interview at any cost. That’s the key to get 35 LPA with 5+ yrs of experience.

1st thing is She didn't got this package All of a sudden... 2017 she has completed her Degree, So it's been almost 7yrs may be she is not into IT ,Not Into The stuff she is doing right now but All and all it's been 7yr So Just Start learning From the day you Think you want these eye catching packages and For sure just after 1yr you'll end up In geeting atleast 2x of what you are getting right now...

I completed my MCA in 2017, and joined as junior system engineer in government organization it was a contract for 1year later on marriage happend.
I’m in USA as a H4 dependent since then I’m at home ..Now i am getting EAD by end of this year. I really want to get into a corporate job. But I don’t know from where to start .
Which certification I have to do ?

I would suggest to start applying big MNC like Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS etc. Most of the time they will wait for 2-3 months NP.

Yes, but 3y exp also you will get if you know latest tools like docker, k8s, Terraform if you very strong in this tools will get you more package and lot of calls it's depends on your skillset but min 3y is required.
