The deeper we get into this process the more the executive, the players and the fans will appreciate the depth of the challenge at hand in evolving a club like Spurs to be a contender. Ange knows what's required. It doesn't mean that Ange is the complete solution but he understands the journey. If Ange is sacked, the organization loses the opportunity to experience of the pain of renewal that is essential for change.
Im Ange in. I've only been frustrated when Ange never changes tactics game by game, and allot of his tactical choices. Subs at times are poor. But that's Changing. Our fullbacks don't always have to underlap. I can see he is starting to let them overlap the wingers so I'm glad at least. Changing from 433 to 4231 with a double pivot for more midfield strength. I am glad he is doing that now too. And lastly playing too predictable for certain opposition. But all in all I see him improving massively. Both the team and himself. He's learning the prem. Next season with the right signings will be crucial. I'm excited for next season.

It doesn't matter what the board say at this moment in time. All that matters is the results improve. We all know what Levy is like. As soon as the fans start turning on him managers get sacked. The Levy out chants are getting more vocal. There are protests for the Liverpool game. If the Levy out chants start happening at home games then it goes 1 of 2 ways he either sacks Ange or he backs Ange properly. I think Levy needs to starting backing managers properly. Do i think Ange has been backed? No. I was clear about the summer window. It was poor imo. But as a fan do you have get behind Ange? He has achieved nothing at spurs we are sitting mid table. He didn't learn anything from last season. Rushing back Romero and VDV so they are now out for an extended period instead waiting until they were match fit. 19 wins 19 losses 6 draws from his last 44 games 2 clean sheets in the last 23 games. 5 away wins 9 home losses for the calendar year. I want to see some consistency then I'll change my opinion. Do you think he should be sacked now? No. But if finishes mid table at the end of the season then yes. Remember he finished 5th last season. What annoys me the most when we play a little deeper and the full backs are not inverted the players look more comfortable. We have space to run into and we look more dangerous. Unfortunately i think this happens against the teams that have more possession than us. When teams play low blocks we struggle. I think Porro is the best crosser of a ball and i think he is better in the wide positions and think we could get more out of Solanke that way especially again low blocks where you can stretch the defence. Now if any fan wants to back Ange thats all good but there is reasons there where some fans are going to question him.
I don't blame Ange for the Vdv or Romero situation. Romero injured a different body part, what can Ange do about that? Ange bloody ball mate. I will support him because he is not our big issue. Gwan Ange!
@insidespurs7717 I just want spurs to do better. Levy is the biggest problem at the club. Until he is gone no manager will succeed without a lot of luck. Also I feel a better manager gets more out of this team. If like Ange it's all good. I'm not a fan of Ange. I don't think Ange ball works because we are so inconsistent. Give me Venebles Redknapp Poch style of plays they are more like it for me. Also Thomas Frank is a great manager doing a great job with Brentford with limited resources. I think he suits what our club wants to do. But each to their own. I can see why some fans like Ange.
