Looks lovely and so quick and simple! You should have tried vanilla ice-cream and put pistachios in it or almonds if you like. Then would have not tasted like Icecream. If you put a little condensed milk in the Icecream mixture 🤩 would have defo tasted like barfi

Yes just cover it with cling film and place aside do not put in fridge just let it settle cool room temperature
