    To be honest, Hamza is probably one of the only self improvement youtubers I’ve seen that has lived through building a real, natural aesthetic body, and knows firsthand about self-improvement.

      @alexjulius69 3 роки тому

      Yes, drug-free transformations take 5-something years if you're starting skinny fat. I know because that's what I'm going through myself, been at it 1 year, still don't look that great

      @@alexjulius69 Speak for yourself. I did it in one year and that includes about a month or 2 that was fcuked cause of death in family and 2 bouts with COVID.
      I'm not "swole" by any means, but I went from a skinny/fat body to fit, lean, v taper, defined abs, etc. ( 28% body fat to 10 to 12%) in about a year. And honestly, I'd rather be where Im at now and just do some maingaining than being swole anyways. Looking fit and healthy is the new swole as far as I can tell.
      Also, Im 40+ years old. So, definitely not at my peak genetic potential. Im not shitting on anybody who may take longer. Just saying don't tell everybody they cant do it in a year because you haven't. We don't know the variables involved, and there are many, that can determine how long someone transformation takes.
      But, unless you're 300+ lbs, it definitely shouldn't take 5 years. Got a friend who was 260 and he's down to 200 in about 9 months using intermittent fasting, eating one meal a day.

    I swear I had the same phase Hamza. I got in really good shape for the first time in my life, 190lbs and plenty of muscle/low body fat percentage. Then it came crashing down, I was getting women so I felt satisfied, and so I got comfortable and honestly the consistent working out was getting annoying. Shot back up to 226lbs, hit depression and this was just this year. I’m finally getting back down and I feel so much better. Currently at 215, aiming for 180lbs now and I’m going to achieve it. Thank you Hamza (meditation is key 🔑)

      Work out like crazy and your body will ask for more food. Meat, Eggs, milk, grains and vegetables. After work every morning I would smoke copious amounts of top shelf Indica and play hours of video games not to mention the all too occasional porn session. These past months I have been weedless and sexless and I was forced to face my addictions in solitude. Thanks to Men like you, Andrew, Samuels and others I have overcome depression, anxiety and over indulgence of all sorts. I am loosing weight so quickly and gaining muscle in all the right places. Yes, it's hard to admit when you're not the man they want & don't have the drive to change that. You can say you're more interested in other pursuits but most don't even take those pursuits seriously. I think true, actual struggle like hunger is the answer. Life's always been about survival. You can occupy your mind & time on whatever you choose now. Our ancestors faced famine, war and disease. We struggle with options

    For real i don’t know if your Environment is different but even if I have an anime picture, I really was also a guy like that. But I’m livin under the principle that what I do to others, will eventually happen to myself. So I stopped when a girl said I have a boyfriend. There are girls where I thought it doesn’t sound like it matters to her if persisted, but I think there are girls who like to party for having fun. It didn’t matter to me if I got laid if I couldn’t be proud of myself. It sounds silly but makin up boundaries for yourself that seem like a brave code and stickin by it just gave me an other feeling of confidence. Didn’t want to discredit your point maybe it’s also because your from the states and I think hoes are raised by America no offense 😂. I’m from Germany and here are even guys who just like going to the club. Sorry for my English fellas just wanted to share my point. Never forget your thoughts shape your reality. If you only think about Thots , you’ll be surrounded by them. Keep your work up hamza really appreciate your content , gonna get the gym rings sometime they look hella fun.🙏
