it still works for anyone wondering tho do note of ur level because i didn't as i thought this is how you get to godskin noble and misunderstood the name so now i have been trying to beat him for the past hour. my level is 52 and he just kills me with 2 attacks and some of his other attacks do me 80% health, the best i got was bringing him at 5% health but he whipped the cyclone move at the last second and one shot me :(
