Dear Wayne: Thanks for letting us know. Usually we answer all questions at the end, however, this time, we had to end the CoachTalk slightly earlier as planned. We noted all questions and promise - they will all be answered and the answer will be provided to you. Especially because your question was really important - so we want the whole coaching community to hear the answer - on all of our channels. Next time, we will answer questions as they are received. Hope to see you next Monday for the next CoachTalk. Have a great evening!
@@waynemcgregor3163 Yes, you will receive the slides. We are currently putting them into the correct format. All attendees who registered will receive the slides via e-mail and the link to the highlight video. Please already here see below your question and the answer from Dan: I have a question. Ive been coaching grassroots for 13 years starting at U8's and currently U16's. Recently my lads seem to have lost belief in themselves , how can I help them best to regain belief ? "Great question and probably something a lot of coaches can relate to. We all remember (just for me!) at that 16-18 bracket throws up a lot of new experiences and challenges for the players both on and off pitch. I would reinforce that Empathy point i made in webinar. At this age players can often find challenge in lots of things. Being the person in their life who shows them empathy, patience and support in my experience can be the best way to re inspire that belief in themselves."
We didn't get any response from the questions 😒.
