The G26 is way better than the 43x. The 43x is a micro (snappy), while the G26 subcompact shoots way better! The G45 is another level, but for carry purposes G26 ALL day long!
@RodolfoMartinez-px6cj I get that bro.. but when you're in a self defense situation you won't have anytime to turn on your flashlight. You're pointing real quick and shooting.
I started with my glock 45, eventually got my carry permit and picked up the 43x. It's wild but I now shoot the 43x better than the 45. It's all in practice! I do enjoy the other guys at the range coming over after I plink my 4inch steel at 25 yards, they want to know what I'm shooting. It hurts when they see I'm doing it with this little gun and they are using cz shadows lol
I bought 2 new Glocks from a kid. A 19 and 43x. Both Trijicon hd sights 13 total mags and holsters. $1100 for it all. Sold the 19 right away. Not a comfy gun to carry. Sold the 43x also. Am planning on getting the 43x mos version. I feel the 43x is the best all around Glock. Slim, decent capacity, feels better in hand. Just my opinion
@@Jehwvsbgeud 19 is my winter ccw, 43x is my summer ccw. But my 19 is way more fun to shoot due to lesser recoil and the larger size, none of my friends I've brought to the range like the 43x, including me.
Turning 21 in December and planning on getting a handgun. The 45 is a solid contender that I'm considering. It's interesting to see them head-to-head. Gonna have to go feel them in hand and see what I like before making a purchase.
It probably depends on your hand size. A Glock 19 vs a Glock 48 are the same size except for the width. So someone with a smaller hand size will probably shoot the G48 better. I shoot the MR920 (G19 size) really well but I shoot the larger g17 size pistols like DR920 or staccato P better. For me the G19 or MR920 or Staccato C/C2/CS are the smallest I want to go for carry and I train with them and the larger pistols.
Slimness, makes a huge differnecr in carry. I carry a g45x in a g48 holster frequently. Big difference in comfort from that to my g45 or g19 due to thickness. Edit: 43x not 45x
@@OregunAdventure sorry prolly fat fingers, 43x So I’m carrying a shorter 43x in a 48 holster Which feels quite a bit smaller compared to a g19 just due to thickness.
I'm genuinely curious if it'd be closer between a 48 and a 45 since it's same length barrel. So the difference from there is just the size of the frame and barrel. Awesome video. The full size Glocks, given my hand size it's a bit of a reach for the triggers. So if I go glock it'll be a 48.
Both your Glocks while dope can't be used to provide good data. You have builds to your liking, should of done test with them stocked. Not taking away from your builds mines is stocked but again doing it with a base model could give better feedback. And your video can inform adding the extra parts make it even insert percentage better here.
You have so much added weight from red dot , light and comp on both as to make the weight substantially heavier than box stock guns. Out of the box the glock 45 will be easier to shoot fast and accurately than an out of the box 43x.
The barrel alone is probably the cause of different group size. Not the length but luck of the draw and how each responds to the ammo your shooting. Guns all have ammo the shoot better and worse with. Barrel length corresponds to a longer sight radius for longer barrels which makes for more precise aiming not greater accuracy. You took aiming out of the equation. Both barrels should be long enough to fully stabilize 9mm bullets.
Nice video, but your conclusions are wrong. The 50% reduction in accuracy (~1 in grouping) is just the barrel, that's what you tested. Is only going to get larger when a person shoots it. The difference is quite impressive. Micro 9s are nowhere near a compact handgun. If someone really cares about self-defense, then she/he will carry a compact.
I think there is a noticeable difference shooting a 45. And I also disagree that a weapon light is the most important “upgrade”. But I appreciate the content.
Im sick of youtubers pushing the smallest gun for edc yeah i get it small guns are made and available but you can carry or conceal any size pistol you want. Stop with these micro compact guns being the best. As a man i dont want a glock 43 my wife carries one though that should tell u something.

The G45 is the truth! If you are looking for a good balanced handgun, the G45 is the way to go.

The 45 is where the magic is for me. Perfect edc

Excellent review and comparison. Which are those upgrades to both guns? I mean name of muzzle and flashlight

Thank you for this review. I am based in South Africa and will definitely look at the 45 for home defense and 43x for concealed carry.
Id take a 19 any day over my 43x

19 > 43x with any comp

One thing I notice a lot of reviewers say, “we liked it, we shot 1200 through it etc etc”. But there’s always only one person one video? 🤔

what's the point of getting a sub compact and putting a monster comp on it? you might as well just get a compact size gun and not deal with the comp.
