Excuse me, the dumpling-like food appears in 7:12 is not 餃子, it's name is 湯包. 湯包 & 餃子 are totally different traditional chinese food although foreigner only knows Xiao Long Bao or soup dumpling.

mask is warn but only over mouth ( they dont breath through nose!) haaa yeah right! no gloves for handling dumplings only when cooked...need of instructions/education...
