I think gen meant, irithel is fine in early especially because she can beat wanwan in laning phase. Then it's hard in late game, coz although she's an item based hero and assuming she has already completed the build, it also means, wanwan probably also has completed hers. Which in turn will be hard especially when you have balmond because wanwan can easily trigger ult with balmond and wipe out enemy team if not positioned correctly. Well, this is just my opinion. Hope this helps.
