Sir pag 7 sections Ang tuturuan ko equivalent po yon sa 315 minutes which is 5 hours plus advisory so 6 hours teaching load na then may 15 minutes pa pong sob Ra everyday. So everyday po akong overtime Ng 15 minutes. Ganun po ba yon?
gawin nyo pong 6 sections + advisory + remedial class na 30 minutes para wala po kayong overload sa teaching.
Ano po ba ang workload ng Journalism coordinator slash school paper adviser?
Pano po pag Saturday, Sunday yung DSPC? Service credit po ba yun or compensated yun?

magiging debate nanaman ito sa school kasi magiging unfair sa with advisers and special teachers, depende on how the SH will implement this, sana maging uniform/fair yung implementation
I have yet to hear a national orientation on the part of the CO regarding the implementation of such drastic changes in practice. So, yeah, most likely magkakaroon nga ito ng multiple interpretations and implementations apart from the fact na marami pa talagang butas ang policy.
ask ko lng po.. kapag may teaching loads ka na 6 tapos pg may absent na Kasama mo.. iaasign ka na mgsusub sa klase ng absent na teacher.. ano po yan? may payment po ba ang teacher na nagsub? Thank you po..
that actually depends on the number of hours you were teaching on that particular day. if ever so, it shouldn't exceed the 2 hours max from the supposed ancillary/teaching preparation time provided per day. and yes, you'd be qualified for an OT pay.

Kahit kailan hindi magmaterialze yan overtime di lahat makikinabang sa overtime, salary increase or dagdag n sa sahod ang kailangan ng teachers hindi yong kung kailan lang papatak ang overtime sa kanya, again hindi yan makikinabang ang teachers. Hindi yan gugustuhin ng teachers.
ibang aspect naman po yun. eto po kasi is to address the provision in the magna carte na ilang taon nang hindi binibigay sa mga teachers.

nakakatawa ang mga ganyan klaseng tao... yan sila ang mga taong walang tiwala sa mga guro, they think that teachers are unprofessional people who will immediately grab the opportunity to attend leisures or other things instead of thinking na teachers are the noblest of all professionals.
Hello po... Gusto ko lang pong ma-verify about sa load ko. ICT coordinator po ako sa school po. May i ask po kong ilang minutes po ang equivalent load ng ICT coordinatorship ko.

Wala na po. As mentioned sa other videos, it will only be considered as part of the 2 hours ancillary which can be done within or outside the school premises.
how about po may 7 sections ako tuturuan, adviser pa po ako and at the same time LIS Coordinator, ano po yung computation? Overload na po na un?

Not at all since CSC Resolution No. 080096 clearly provided provisions that DepEd may create guidelines on this matter, if the agency can do so, then it will be followed. Unfortunately, DO 005 s. 2024 is lacking.

wala. ancillary implies it's done within the 2 hour window after the mandated 6 hours teaching.
canteen teacher sir parang di namention as anxillary :)
canteen responsibility is not part of teaching-related tasks. so, either admin ang hahawak or from private (PTA and the likes)
