Yes the brides had beautiful gown and they covered the arms and shoulders. Now I have seen dresses so indecent you don’t even have to guess. 😂😂😂 we took weddings more seriously.
@@brandonalexander9196 Not everybody cared for the puffy sleeve look back then neither. But I think the rest of the dress looks better than what brides wear now. Today's wedding dresses look like summer dresses. Some of them look like a woman just stepped out of the shower and threw a towel around her. Nowadays you can have a wedding in the dead of winter and women will still be wearing these bare shoulders dresses. It's all personal taste.

Yes I hope so too. I have been married for 21 years too. We have laughed, supported each other in work, had disagreements, dealt with disability, had five children, lost a child, dealt with parental death, and lots of other things. Marriage has been wonderful through all of those trails. I appreciate my spouse more and more each year that goes by.
Looking back at 80's weddings and bridesmaids dresses just looks absolutely hideous. Believe it or not when I was a little kid in the late 80s I can't believe I admired these dresses and dreamed of getting married in a dress like these. Now these dresses make me want to puck just looking at them. Boy have styles changed.

Your aunt looks lovely, but the 80’s were a bad-hair decade. So glad we’ve moved on from those awful hairstyles! Watch the movie “Working Girl,” from the late 80’s, and see Melanie Griffith’s character evolve from the awful “big hair” of the working class girls, to the smoother hairstyles of the educated, professional class ladies. So glad that now everyone has pretty much moved to the latter.
