Such a short and tragic life. It's so sad his art was never appreciated in his lifetime. It looked like a wonderful show and you did a great job capturing it! Thanks for bringing us along.

Yes it looks like they are building up that part of DC a little bit. Seems like there isn't much around it cause I was looking for places to eat and it seemed pretty sparse.
After reading your comment I came over to see if you made a video about it. The added audio-visual effects look like they add so much to his art! Really enjoyed this video.

I always remember that Dr Who episode. He truly was amazing.
You don’t need to buy VIP tickets. You can pay $5 at the end to do the VR part which was about 10 minutes. That was worth adding, and still cheaper than than the VIP ticket.

these van gogh exhibits are mesmerizing. i want to "gogh" (pun intended lol).. i want to bring my kids along but I don't think they'll be into it haha
lol. It's funny some of the kids looked so bored and some of the kids were super into it. Guess it just depends on the kid

There are currently three immersive Vam Gogh exhibits around the country: Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience which you reviewed; Immersive Van Gogh Exhibition; and Beyond Van Gogh. Beyond Van Gogh seems to be getting the poorest reviews of the three.

Really interesting video, I think I would give a place like that a try but for £40 I’d want to see actual paintings by the artists rather than just replicas and digital enhancements, that said, if they can add the backstory to the artists life and their work then I guess that’s more interesting than just reading a note at the side of the painting like they do in most art galleries in Europe.
Yeah. When we bought tickets I thought there'd actually be one or two of his paintings but there wasn't. Which was a little disappointing.
