Bro, if u want to use full defensive back then u should use cmf instead of amf for better control of the game. If u want to use amf then use attacking fullback with 90+ stamina and speed. Also interception is needed

But I don't use amf I use this formation as 4-3-3 turning my amf into cmf and a dlf in cf and that works perfectly for me

Both are equally good. You need to choose one depending on your preference. Play 5 matches for each side then decide

Do you think tactic will be good for quick counter or long ball counter? Cause I like pressing defense.
pressing defence is quite similar to quick counter gameplay in starting defensive phase coz build up from opp can easily into trouble if using quick counter
lbc is define as ' air ball/long through ball counter ' it means, pivot player + cb will find best position to cut the ball bfr it finds the opponent winger/ striker to create chance/goals
Try LBC first. If you press high in QC system then your defense will be vulnerable due to it's very high defensive line.
If you can control your defense line well with Match-up, QC will be the best choice.

I'm currently on possession
Bro it completely depends on your style of play. My suggestion may not work for you. If you love to play beautiful passing football then possession is the best choice. If you want more penetration then go for QC but the defense will suffer you. And LBC is a defense-sitting system but it's attack is not up to the mark compared to others. So ultimately there is no best playstyle in eFootball 2023.
And i don’t use any specific playstyle. Actually I change my formation frequently and my playstyle changes constantly according to the formations.
But most of the time i play 4141 Quick Counter.

Maybe it suits your style. LBC already has comparatively better defense line, so 1 pivot is enough for me.
I enjoy it better with one box to box cmf very versatile
