Nice video! I know your interest in esoteric reading has cooled, but you may like a book by Scarlet Imprint titled Two Esoteric Tarots. It's a very short (and affordable for Scarlet Imprint / available in paperback) book discussing how the esoteric origins of the Sola Busca and the Tarot de Marseille predate commonly accepted dates as established by French occultists. The book also has some beautiful color art.
Oh wow, that sounds so sweet!! Thank you, I’m going to keep that book in mind. I know I’ll get back into reading esoteric books, I just had to allow more head space for other books for the time being 😊
There you are! Isn't it amazing how Robin Wall Kimmerer presents infuriating information in such a sweet and understanding way? I'm so intimidated by the Madwoman in the Attic because I know I'm going to need to read all of the books they analyze.
You’re spot on re: her sweetness in laying out hard truths. She’s amazing. Thank you so much for bringing her to my attention. You can totally read Madwoman in the Attic without the need to read every book discussed. I decided to read Villette because I didn’t want any spoilers, but Love and Friendship by Jane Austen is a book that’s discussed at length which I haven’t read, and I found the topics so intriguing (now I have to read it).
Ugh! It’s getting a little better but it’s still difficult getting coherent sentences to come out of my mouth lol and I thought I was better but I’m feeling sick again! How about you????
