The Koso Nano LED lights clean up the rear turn signals and are SUPER bright. I mounted them straight into a bolt hole under the seat, ill upload a little video in a couple of days but again, let me rave about them. $140 off revzilla
Hey Mate - got this same bike in July just had it in for its 1000km break-in service this week and wow it feels like a whole different bike. Haven't done exhaust yet - going to wait some time first. I have deleted the mirrors also because it looks so much cleaner without. I also removed rear grab bar. I also got it for similar reason in that it looks pretty damn perfect stock. Bit of the downgrade from the XSR900 I used to have but I love this bike and I am keen to see more of your content around it.
That’s awesome to hear! I did the mirror swap already and it’s so much better. Exhaust is def next but I’ll likely just do a slip-on and not a full one. Haven’t thought about the grab bar but I beat that makes it look cleaner too.
It’s been solid so far, I mainly use it for work commute which is only about 20 miles. Usually the only thing I notice is if I get sloppy with my posture, my wrist area gets fatigued.
It’s pretty good, not great though. Feels a little clunky at times and you have to go through all 6 gears first before you can use it easily and it also seems to only like working in 4-6 gears. I really only use when really getting on it to pass a car or other similar situations, otherwise I just shift normally.
Agreed! My local shop had it at a price that was very close to what people wanted for their 1+ year old Vitpilen’s so it was hard to pass up. I’m curious to see how reliable it’ll be overtime but it’s pretty well featured for the price - adjustable fork, quick shifter, etc.

What’s the comfort level like? Does your wrist and neck start to hurt after riding it?

How do you like the easyshift function?

Hard to beat the price, & MPG of these... I like the look of the Svartpilen myself but they both would be great urban commuters.
