niq noqqy it actually does help alot cause let's say u don't have the dot and when u aim down then there's a high chance ur aim isn't gonna be straight on the enemy and because of that you'll waste a few milliseconds but let's say u have the dot on then you'll be able to aim on a person quicker and when u ain down you'll be in Target

Surprisingly effective old school trick that helps train you eye to keep locked on to center screen. We use to have a TV with a dot put on with permanent marker. Poor room mate had to watch TV with it on the screen.

As old as this video is the real reason it helps isn't exactly because of the piece of tape, it's your central focus to your crosshair that makes you that bit more responsive and in return accurate. So really the piece of tape is unneeded just focus on your crosshairs better.

Bad thing is that you need to remove the tape every time you exit the game, and it will lose stickiness. Great video nonetheless!
