It's exactly what it feels like, except it makes you extremely anxious because you start doubting everything about yourself and your values and wants. It's like your brain tries to trick you into thinking you're a totally different person. So you spend hours trying to resonate with yourself, except you can't rationalize the irrational and you get stuck in a never ending circle or rumination. It's terrifying, really. People commenting "Uh they speak so fast it doesn't mean anything" well this is the reality of people's brain when you have OCD/ADHD/generalized anxiety... Thanks Lorelai ❤️

It's on purpouse actually. They had a voice coach so everyone in the show would talk fast. I think it's because it helped with the sarcasm.
